DVNMA Certification Classes

DVNMA Certification Classes
The Delaware Valley Naturopathic Medical Association (DVNMA) was founded in 2000 by Dr. Wyatt, in an effort to promote self-help for the mind, body and spirit. As a well known naturopath across the country, Dr. Wyatt utilizes a variety of natural health modalities including Kinesiology, Radionics, Homeopathy, Iridology and Massage therapies, all of which are designed to bring about wellness by natural and non-invasive technologies.

For years, Dr. Wyatt has been practicing and teaching cutting-edge natural health modalities. His almost uncanny ability to accurately pinpoint degenerative, acute, and sub-acute disease patterns has garnered him a national reputation and earned him acclaim as a dynamic lecturer. Now, Dr. Wyatt has combined the knowledge gathered in his treatment of thousands of patients with the wisdom of ancient and modern techniques into a comprehensive natural health care course. The result is a one of a kind series designed to provide a professional program of education and certification in the natural health care field. The DVNMA is the sponsor of such efforts.

Class 1 - Nutrition

This seminar will explore the understanding and the use of response testing as a means of pinpointing nutritional deficiencies in the body. The importance of vitamin and mineral balance will be stressed. Testing techniques will allow the student to learn how to determine what vitamin and mineral weaknesses are throwing the body out of balance and what herbal supplements and natural healing protocols work best in a given situation.

Class 2 - Body Systems

This seminar will offer the student an opportunity to understand the body's systems and how they relate to the healing equation. Charts and diagrams will help in the practical understanding and use of ancient healing philosophies such as the five elements (fire, water, earth, air, metal). This class will give the student an understanding of ancient as well as cutting-edge approaches to understanding the body's systems.

Class 3 - Iridology

The study of organ and tissue integrity has long been a journey without a clear interpretation. Most modern day tools don't allow a precise look inside the body without toxic side effects, but the study of the iris of the eye can be an accurate measure of tissue weakness. Class study will center on practical application of the study of the fibers of the iris and sclera (whites of the eye). They study is crucial in understanding the best place to start your supplemental protocols.

Class 4 - Body Works

This unique class will offer a study in therapeutic touch with special emphasis on the meridian and reflex pathways that free the body's ability to heal itself. Exercise and emergency techniques that bring the body back into balance quickly will be taught.

Class 5 - Practicum

As the name suggests, this final class will discuss the practical aspects of the natural health field. Building a client base, business aspects and legal ramifications of running a practice based on the recommendation of natural supplements and healing are explored. Continued educational recommendations will also be made.

These classes are part of a year round process that when completed, the student will receive a certificate upon graduation to become a Holistic Health Consultant (HHC) Certified by the Delaware Valley Naturopathic Medical Association and Accreditation Board. This accreditation process will enable the Holistic Health Consultants to build and establish a natural health care clientele.
