Returns Policy

Pennsylvania state law prohibits us from accepting the return of any open food items.  This includes all snacks, nutritional supplements, packaged and bulk herbs, capsules, candy, juices, extracts, etc. 

There are absolutely NO refunds for any purchase, cash or credit. 

Unopened items can be returned within a two (2) week period - or 14 days - from the day of purchase.  The original receipt from our point-of-sale system must be present.  Failure to present a receipt may result in our inability to accept your returns. 

Any individual returning an unopened, undamaged product will receive store credit in an amount equal to that which is returned.  Store credit expires sixty (60) days from the date of return.

There are NO returns on detox products under any circumstance.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at a fixed rate based on the size of your purchased.  Shipping is non-negotiable and non-refundable. 

Any order placed after 12:00pm Friday will ship out the following Monday, except on holidays.  All orders are subject to product availability.  We do not guarantee shipping times, but be assured that your package will be shipped as soon as physically possible.  For shipping related issues, email phil@drwyatts.com.
